We visited the ER at New Milford Hospital recently when my husband was experiencing severe muscle spasms and flank pain. From the moment we arrived, we felt supported and cared for. Dr. Adrian Pacheco was outstanding—professional, compassionate, and incredibly understanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made both of us feel at ease during a very uncomfortable and stressful situation. The nurses were also amazing—gentle, attentive, and truly caring throughout the entire visit. Even the reception staff made a difference. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were friendly and empathetic, which really matters when you’re not feeling well. Thank you to Dr. Pacheco and the entire ER team at New Milford Hospital. Your professionalism and kindness meant so much to us.

I’ve been here a few times for a few different reasons. This time was just follow up x-rays. I got here early before radiology opened. They were nice enough to check me in through emergency. However, my doctors office never sent the script. When the regular crew came in, they also checked. They gave me a direct fax number for the doctor. The entire staff was great including Samantha the x-ray tech. I know sometimes New Milford gets a bad rap, but if not for my doctors office today I would’ve had a great experience.

I was in the hospital for a sameday surgery on 5/20/25. Nurse Ann-Mary was patient and thorough. There was some doubt about an ultrasound; the nurse fetched another ultrasound machine to confirm the reading, which she did. Excellent, compassionate and very professional. Dom Nocturne

Took my boyfriend here because he was severely sick, they had us wait in the waiting room for at least 45 minutes took us to a room where we had to wait 45 more minutes to see a doctor. The doctor then came in asking about my boyfriends "arm" when there was nothing wrong with his arm. These idiots thought his arm was the problem when we told them at least 3 times. After we told him what was actually wrong they said "we'll give you an IV and nausea medicion" which took them Almost an hour to give him an iv along with taking his blood. Then they gave him the Iv and took his blood, while the lady took his blood she was VERY rude to me while I was trying to make sure my boyfriend didn't have a panic attack over the needle (he's Afraid of needles) After I went to go get food and this security lady asks me what I'm doing and I tell her and she starts "babysitting" me when I am a grown adult and can figure out things on my own. She told me to "stop wandering" and I wasn't, I was trying to find the cafe along with the chapel for personal reasons and she treated me like I was doing something wrong. I was trying to follow the signs on the wall and she then took me to the cafe watched me the whole time I was trying to find food then followed me after all the way to the vending machines and into the hospital room. I don't like being treated like im doing something wrong when I didn't do anything wrong. I don't know why she had to watch me the whole time, I have trouble making decisions due to my autism and arfid so she just wasted her whole time. Took them too long to discharge us and the cost of the food was insane. Never going here again

Just denied our 1.5 year old any help, a room or even to be looked at, for a sliced finger that needs stitches. 4 hours of waiting. No room. My wife asked multiple times and eventually left to be offered bandaids and told “she seems happy,” not even butterfly closures. We will go to doctor in morning. Do not bother commenting to me.
