I was very impressed with Martin and his team over the past three weeks. Initially they labeled, packed and removed to storage all my furnishings. Then, they removed floors, insulation, tile and walls from our home that was extensively damaged by water. The team was very professional and respectful throughout the whole job. Martin exhibited a strong working relationship with his team. He was always hands on throughout the process and seemed to provide good directives. The team worked quietly and respectfully at all times. Communication with Martin was excellent. He explained the areas in the house that were damaged by water, and next steps to ready the house for renovation. I appreciated that Martin and his team protected my furniture and left the site clean and ready for the contractor to enter the house Martin and group exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Servpro and staff to others.
