The most unprofessional place i have ever been too. Most of the nurses are decent at what they do. They would stand outside our room and cuss and talk bad about patients and the doctor that was there etc. They will cancel appointments and not even notify you. Never going back there

These guys here are personable, professional, and nicest people. After my second visit to this place they all knew my name and all spoke to me by my first name walking down the hallway. At first it just blew me away cause my primary office don't do that or anywhere else I've been. Shout out to the Mercy Wound Clinic ft smith ar. Best around

My nephew had 3 or 4 skin grafts done one 1 leg. The grafts weren't taken so doc suggested wound care and hyperbaric chamber to see if that would help. 1st time using the hyperbaric , you could see a major change in his leg. It also helps that the whole team is very nice and cares about you getting better

Wound care called to schedule my husband's appointment. But then refused to schedule his appointment saying his referral was not authorized. I checked on the referral myself and with our pcp and it was in fact authorized. She asked for his insurance information then refused to take it stating she couldn't do that and that his pcp would have to do that but again the referral was already authorized. When we asked for her name and her managers name she hung up. We tried calling the office back multiple times with no answer. If this is how they treat patients before they even get scheduled with the clinic, I wouldn't trust them with any care inside the clinic. Clearly they need more training and education on proper and professional engagement with patients.

It purely amazes me that my brother, a type one diabetic with a sever wound in his perineum, doesn’t have a nurse with the proper education on giving him insulin. He is having to explain insulin to the nurse, how to count carbs, and still has to ask for more insulin for a high blood sugar. Then he has to wait, for multiple hours. His high blood sugars will not allow him to properly take care of his wound, and this is overlooked over and over again. He has a nurse who sits and waits for a doctor that won’t respond. Unbelievable! This Mercy will literally cause his future complications from a simple procedure just from incompetence and poor education of staff. I truly hope you get yourselves up there, and fix this problem. The documentation of this is in OUR hands, and will be used if you cause more complications. He’s only 24 years old, but has more knowledge of this disease than any staff member. He has a long life ahead unless you continue this same path and discount his life like a number on the chart.
