I had such a wonderful experience here! From the moment we walked in, my sister and I felt so welcomed and taken care of. Erin, the owner, is absolutely lovely — warm, kind, and truly passionate about making sure every guest has an amazing experience. The entire team made us feel comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. Phaedra is so lovely and helpful. One of my favorite parts was being able to do the leg compression session while relaxing and watching TV — such a unique and enjoyable touch. It made us feel so good and completely refreshed after a wedding weekend, which was exactly what we needed. I’m already looking forward to coming back in April, and honestly, next time I fly into Arkansas from NYC, this will be my first stop. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier wellness services and genuinely kind people.

Activate IV and the staff in Springdale are incredible! I have just discovered them and I look forward to trying all of the different therapy options - and there are LOTS of them! The whole body cryotherapy is incredibly rejuvenating. I highly recommend this for anyone who enjoys cold plunging - it takes the experience and benefits and super-charges them. I also can't say enough about how great the staff are - Erin, Phaedra, and the crew are so nice and friendly, but also so knowledgeable about the different therapies and benefits. I have been suffering for about a week from allergies in this season change. I decided to try treating it holistically. I went to Activate and did some red light therapy, infrared sauna, and then I ended my visit with an allergy relief IV drip. I could breathe better by the time I left and this morning I woke up feeling amazing! I'm so thankful for Activate and for Erin who helped get me set up at my visit. Everyone who works there is so kind and the place is clean and inviting! They even offered me water and snacks which was a sweet touch. Thank you Activate for helping me feel back to my normal self.

I went in yesterday for the flu and cold IV drip and added Dexamethasone—woke up today feeling like a brand-new person! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, offering drinks, snacks, and even bringing me heating pads and a warm blanket fresh from the dryer when I got cold. Their kindness and attention to detail made the entire experience amazing. The facility was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. They even followed up with a text the next day to check on me, which truly showed how much they care about their patients. I will definitely be going back. 10/10 recommend!

This place has been great. During a recent visit to Arkansas, I came down with something and found this place online. Erin and the whole team were amazing, and the immuno boost IV worked wonders. I felt so much better the next day, and they even followed up to make sure I was doing okay. I've been back a couple of times since then for a basic hydration IV, and it's always a great experience. If you're feeling run down or just need a boost, definitely check them out! You won't be disappointed.
