Optimyze Tempe

My favorite place for recovery! Walking in here for me the first time was like walking into a whole new world of health care. I walked out feeling revitalized and alive in a totally new way. Today I just ran the Mesa Marathon and Wally was right there to greet me and support me in recovering my legs. I walked in hobbling and when I left I could walk again. The compression boots and hot tub were what my body was craving today but the cold plunge is what really did the ultimate trick. Love this place. The other therapies they have really do speak to health and wellness in a whole new way. So grateful to have them in my neighborhood. Great people. Great service. Revolutionary care.

My best friend and I went to Optimyze today for our first time. We called ahead, made an appointment and Wally and Michael got us set up. Wally walked us through each modality explaining the benefits and answering our questions as we went along. The place was clean, had great energy and everything flowed smoothly. Can’t wait to become a regular here! Also, don’t skip the cold plunge! You go in as Clark Kent and come out as Superman!

My brother was visiting town, and what better way to spend the day than with a relaxing wellness experience? We had an amazing time at Optimyze, where we enjoyed the full treatment. We started with leg compression therapy, followed by the Biocharger, a soothing sauna session, a refreshing cold plunge, and finished with a rejuvenating red light therapy session. Each step of the experience was unique and incredibly refreshing. I highly recommend trying the full experience!! it’s absolutely worth it!

I come here occasionally and I’m always impressed with the facility and staff, but so far, Wally has been the best host. I brought a friend who has never been before and he made a huge effort to inform us and make us feel welcome. Sometimes these wellness centers can be quite intimidating for first timers and Wally is exactly the type of employee that these places need. Spiral out brother 🤘🏻

Very healing, calming atmosphere with a great host that did a walk through tour and experience. I walked in with crippling pain and feel so much better now. All of the equipment is cleaned and state of the art. Not too big which I like it feels like your hanging out with friends, the regular guest were there and were nice.
