Cryo Tempe

I highly recommend this place. I had been pushing my body on overdrive to the point of constantly feeling sore, restless, aching, sluggish no matter how much rest I got. I knew I needed more than just a massage so I gladly came across this place. After reading about their services and the reviews, i decided to give a try and I was definitely not disappointed at all. If I could give them 10 stars, Kevin was very kind and informative which made me feel like i was in the right place in the right care. I did the compressions which i immediately felt the difference in blood flow. Then I did the cryotherapy which I was also very helpful. I definitely felt the difference from when I came in to when i walked out. I felt much lighter, more awake, energized. The benefits did progressed throughout the day. I finally feel myself again thanks to the care i received. I will definitely be coming here more often :)

Kevin and Colin are extremely knowledgeable. Love coming for the Cryo and red light therapy but the compression therapy is great as well. Helping greatly with rehabilitation from back surgery. Fair pricing and really flexible with scheduling.

This place is an area gem, for sure. It's especially good for young student athletes as the owner really takes time to help them with training and recovery. They have several services for people to choose from. Cryo, IR, massage, etc. The owner and his son are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have monthly plans but take single appointments, as well. Give them a try.

1st time doing an infared sauna and it was Amazing!! Kevin was wonderful!! He provided me with all the detail of infared saunas and how the process would go. And the establishment is very nice. Next time I'm in town I will be visiting here again, plus I want to try the other services.

This place really is a recovery studio. Kevin is a wealth of experience, information and insight! Not a one size fits all place at all! Definitely check it out.
