AZ Wound & Hyperbaric Medicine

My husband had 4 weekly appointments earlier this year for a leg ulcer, which did not respond at all to their treatments. He then went to a different provider and was able to successfully get it healed. On the fourth appointment they insisted on a co-payment that my insurance did not call for, and although they later admitted it should not have been collected, I am now three months into trying to get it refunded from their very snotty finance department.

I love the staff and providers. They truly do care for you. I have never had an unpleasant experience or had to wait a long time to get called back for my appt. The staff is always helpful and happy. You all are the Best wound care clinic in the East Valley!!!!

As scared as I was to step into a wound care facility, it was absolutely worth it!! I had a large open wound from a surgery & needed the right care & instructions. The entire staff are compassionate, knowledgeable & caring. I was with this facility for 7 weeks & ended my wound journey by ringing the final bell. I feel like we are all friends & sad to leave, but happy to be on the other side of my healing journey. Thanks Advanced Wound Institute! I appreciate you all & you will be missed.

When I came in to AZ Wound, I was really frustrated with my wound care progress from other providers. The wound care staff and doctor really encouraged me by stating there is hope for me and that my wound is not an impossible situation. I have been going to AZ Wound for the last 5 months and have been happy with the progress of my wound care and seeing that my wound is getting smaller each time I go to my appointments.

NIKKI, SAL and KELSEY are amazing. They always make me smile and are very gentle and understanding. I wouldnt trust another wound clinic more than this one. I'd give 100 stars if i could!
