I was already two months into recovery from a large laceration on my lower right leg when I came to the AZ Wound & Hyperbaric Medicine. I wish I had gone to them immediately after receiving 15 stitches to close the 8 inch wound, because there were so many techniques they employed to reduce the swelling and pain. After 6 weeks of their attentive care, I rang the bell of recovery. The AZ Wound staff is caring and personable and more than competent. Vanessa, Azariah and other staff I interacted with provided me an healing environment that left me healthy and whole. Wound care is an resource on most health plans that most patients are unaware of. The staff and care at AZ Wounds is great! After surgery I had wounds that would not heal, my surgeon sent me in for hyperbaric oxygen treatments. I'm 36 sessions in as of today and can honestly say I don't think I could have come so far without the treatments and diligence if the staff. Thank you AZ wounds!!
