1 star only becuase I had to pick Hearing hospital staff joke about keeping rooms dirty just to avoid taking new patients is beyond unprofessional—it’s disturbing. People are sitting in waiting rooms for hours, some fighting for their lives, while beds are intentionally delayed over careless attitudes? That’s not just wrong, it’s unacceptable. Healthcare is supposed to be about compassion, urgency, and integrity—not convenience. If you’re in a position to care for people, then care for them. Lives are not an inconvenience. 10/10 do not recommend. I’ll travel out of state before I use them.

I went twice about some stomach issues, and they said everything was fine. When trying to flush me out with saline, the doctor couldn’t find my vein and tried twice on one arm, and once on the other. I have VERY good visible veins. After he got it in, he actually went through my WHOLE VEIN and began flushing my actual arm out resulting in it to bubble up very large as I was screaming in excruciating pain. He did feel extremely bad which I understand but as a medical professional there same things you just shouldn’t mess up. After visiting a different doctor (once) i found out I am anemic and being watched for chronic kidney disease. After that, I got all of my records back from Gadsden regional (where they said all my levels were good and nothing was wrong), and turns out my iron was also very low during those times as well but I guess they didn’t think they were bad enough. As a result of their failure to properly give full information to patients, I have been struggling for months and now worse than I was before.
