Addendum to Addendum Manager called and we were able to come to agreeable terms. Addendum to previous post. do not recommend signing a contract with Restore. I needed to pause my services due to an unexpected surgical procedure due to an injury and even with a doctor's note Restore continued to charge my credit card. They are allowing the services that I paid for (2 months worth) to be available for 100 days and then they expire. I explained that I cannot utilize their services for the next 4 months due to the extent of my injury but the manager Alexander Heerman basically said too bad that's what is the contract. Do not give these people your credit card! The people out the Mountain Brook Restore are nice and friendly but the company's customer services is horrendous and unappreciative of their clientele.

I woke up yesterday morning with a cold. I took airborne and vitamin C. Felt a little better. Today a woke up feeling awful. I went to Restore for the first time with the recommendation of a friend. I was told to get a zinc IV. Within 20 minutes of finishing it, I felt 100% better. I'm not exaggerating at all. I was in disbelief. The staff was extra attentive. The Manager, Alex, knew everything about everything. I can't wait to come back!

The staff is wonderful, kind, and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about their products and what they can do for you. I always enjoy my time at Restore and the services have been a game changer for my chronic health conditions! You can’t beat the convenience or experience at Restore. I will always prioritize keeping my membership with them!

I went there using a buddy pass. I did the leg compression for 60 minutes. Wow, that was very comforting, felt good as well. Staff was very nice, and helpful with information on what was happening, and what was going to happen. I was asked if I wanted to do the cryotherapy, and I did. I’m writing this the morning after and I feel great this morning. I highly recommend this place. They offer so many different therapies. Very nice place.
