They only deliver on Wednesdays although they claim 24/7 service. Phone calls go unanswered and cannot leave an actual voicemail. I tried for a week to reach them for portable oxygen rather than tanks with no luck, so I switched provider. Now I am waiting on them to pick up the equipment they gave me because they only pick up on Wednesdays also. Drivers are nice at least. I do not recommend with so many better companies in the area.

Very bad customer service! When we started with this company for my husband's oxygen supplies the representative that came out perfume was overwhelming!! Even after her leaving her perfume lingered in our house for hours! Which is not good for someone needing oxygen. Since then when we call for supplies we either get no call back, says supplies will be delivered and no one shows up (even after receiving texts to confirm we will be home), or says supplies were mailed and it takes over a week for them to be received. They also did not file his insurance correctly therefore causing us to receive improper statements. The only plus note I can add is the driver has always been very professional and courteous. If we change companies we would be unfortunately because of insurance we have to use them.

The staff that assisted my husband and I was very nice down to earth and made sure we were able to use the machine with knowledge before leaving.

The people at Lincare in RBC apparently do not care about their pstients because they call you back or keep in touch with patients? I have waited for someone to call me but not one has? If I could find another service near to me I would have changed a long time ago!
